Size 29mm. This type was used on route no 21 / 22 Helsinki-Karjaa (1902-1903); Seinäjoki-Kristinestad (1912-1917)
and route 23 / 24 Oulu-Kemi (1902-1904); Elisenvaara-Pieksämäki (1914-1917)
All except No 21 found with Russian text removed.

Route number in the ring - route 23 is size 28mm with 12 bars, and route 24 is size 30mm.
